“Hard to trust people now a days with honest and true labor and repairing the issue correctly the first time. Wife's vehicle had a 'leaky fuel tank' now I had tried replacing the lines myself and I myself dropped the tank 4 times to conduct the repair. But due to my work issues I was not able to do a complete diagnosis myself. Paul found the issue and needed a fuel pump replacement. He did not try and upsell the repair with un-needed extra repairs. He was fair and just with the repair of my wife's car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPARKS CAR CARE TO anyone having issues with their vehicles. Will return and do business again.”

If you are looking for quality car repairs this is the place to go. Family and locally owned business that has great customer service and priced accordingly. I prefer quality O.E.M. parts on my truck and this location is able to meet all my needs. Large upgrades or major car repairs are all welcomed at this shop. They offer financing with approved credit and interested deferred payments. This is very helpful for those on budget. If you stop by let them know Chef Andrew says hello.”

Yesterday evening my check engine light came on. I drove to an auto part store to have the diagnostics run. They told me "You need new spark plugs." Then they cleared the codes!
I took my car to SPARKS CAR CARE this morning and met Joe and Paul. They pulled the spark plugs and the spark plugs were clean as a whistle! They DID NOT charge me for a Tune Up w/Fuel Injection Service. Instead, they told me to come back in when the check engine light comes back on and then they could run the diagnostics and tell exactly why my car is misfiring! AN HONEST COMPANY!!! VERY REFRESHING, DON'T YOU THINK?

“When I got deployed to Iraq for my third time, I was worried that something might happen and my wife being not so mechanically inclined would run into trouble. I had told her to keep up with the oil changes and also to make sure if the vehicles needed tune-ups to make sure and get them done. Then according to my wife the brakes started to squeak so I told her to have them look at them. They (Sparks) have always taken good care of my wife and me. “First off, I would like to thank John whom handled the diagnosis and service on my 2007 Ford Focus SE. I told him what I was experiencing and he recommended a new thermostat right off the bat. He was right, it was malfunctioning and needed replacement. It was not cheap but he did top notch on getting me in and out on my schedule.

They were able to break things down in layman's terms to a non car enthusiast as to what exactly I needed done to my vehicle and why. “My car had been "repaired" at another shop, but they couldn't get it to run the way it had been before they serviced it. I looked up BG service centers and found Sparks on Perrin Beitel. The very kind owner listened to me and told me to come in. Then he quickly found that the problem was a spark plug that hadn't been adjusted properly. He solved the problem in a manner of minutes when the other shop hadn't been able to for TWO WEEKS. Thank you for great service!”

“I have been using Sparks Car Care for a few years now, and always get good honest service. So when my Chevy Impala was acting up by idling too hard or too fast, I took again to Sparks. And just like always; when you get there the car starts working better. However, they gave my Impala a full computer diagnostics and test drive for a small price. They stated that the car is working fine and advised me that if it continues to act up let it act up more frequent take it to them later. They also stated to me that since no problems could be detected. That I may want to take it to dealership, because they may have ran into similar problems like this before. I appreciated their honesty, and not lying to me by saying that it needed a $100 tune up or some other type of maintenance work.

Previously they have checked out one my other cars. And, told me how to repair it myself; saving me $$$ on labor cost. But, if you don't know some basic auto mechanics I would not advise that. “Again, they've proven to be a trust worthy shop. Was told by Jiffy Lube that I had a blown oil pan gasket & was leaking oil everywhere. Took it to Sparks on Perrin Betel to be sure and they told me the guys at JL had spilled oil all over and that was the issue. I had a small insignificant leak that is no where near what i was told. Sparks just became my oil change home. They could've got $200 out of me by agreeing with JL but instead they were honest & showed me exactly what was wrong and what really happened.”

They got the part at 9:15 and the car was ready for me to pick up before11. I couldn't be happier!
